Hanna Khytryk is a CHRO, business coach, leadership and management educator, business trainer, and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience in people management, HR consulting, HR services, learning program design, facilitation, and coaching.

She currently serves as CHRO at L7 United Group of Companies, a Ukrainian miltech company, where she is responsible for building and developing the Human Capital system across the group. Her work focuses on creating sustainable people processes, strengthening leadership capacity, developing teams, and supporting organizational growth in a complex and highly dynamic environment.

Hanna is also an invited lecturer at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS), where she teaches leadership, management, and emotional competence for managers. Her author program focuses on emotional competence in conditions of uncertainty. In addition, she teaches the program “Emotional Maturity in Business and Life” at the Ukrainian Mediation Center.

Her coaching focus is the development of emotional intelligence and emotional competence in managers and leaders. She works with clients on self-awareness, self-regulation, leadership behavior, decision-making, communication, resilience, and team interaction.

Hanna is also a co-owner of the Academy of Career Development, where she co-creates programs for career consultants, HR professionals, managers, and organizations. These programs help people make conscious career decisions and help companies build stronger systems for talent development.

Her professional interests include emotional intelligence, leadership development, career development, organizational culture, team interaction, and sustainable human capital systems.
