Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site you accept this Terms and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept this Terms, do not use the site. Terms & Conditions may be updated by Society European Coach Federation, from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms & Conditions.
From time to time Society European Coach Federation can restrict access to some parts or all of the website. We will not be liable if for any reason this website in unavailable at any time or for any period. Society European Coach Federation reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice.

We do not store credit cards details and do not share customers details with any third parties.
If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to request access to the personal data that Society European Coach Federation may hold or process about you. This Privacy Notice applies to all personal data you provide to us and also to all personal data which we collect on you.

1. YOUR PERSONAL DATA – WHAT IS IT?
Personal data relates to a living individual who can clearly be identified from that data, in particular your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit or bank card number, information on special care. Identification can be made by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information otherwise in the data controller’s possession or likely to come into such possession.

3. WHY DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA? (DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES)

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your personal data for the time required consistent with the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice or for the period of limitation prescribed in the relevant laws.
We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary: for a period of 6 years from the fulfillment of the contract concluded with us in order to comply with applicable data retention laws.
We store internet search data collected concerning you for four days.
If a court or disciplinary procedure is initiated, then the personal data will be retained until the termination of the proceedings, including the duration of any possible remedy, which data thereafter, in the case of civil claims, will be deleted after the civil law statute of limitation runs.
In the case of consent-based data processing, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

5. FURTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Notice, we will provide you with a new notice explaining all condition relating to the new processing prior to the new processing takes place. If required, we will seek your consent before commencing the new data processing activity.

6.1 Right to access

6.2. Right to rectification
You may have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you may have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
6.3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
Under certain circumstances you may have the right to request from us the erasure of your personal data and we may be obliged to erase such personal data. In such cases we will not be able to further provide you with our services.

Under certain circumstances you may have the right to request from us the restriction of processing your personal data. In this case the respective data will be marked and may only be processed by us for certain purposes.

Under certain circumstances you may have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, by us and we can be required to no longer process your personal data.
Moreover, if your personal data is processed based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such purpose.

Society European Coach Federation complies with its obligations under the applicable data protection laws by

8. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Society European Coach Federation, in the course of its operation, may utilize the services of various data processors and external service providers to handle and process your personal data for specific purposes, on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of Society European Coach Federation.
The data processors shall process the personal data at the most as long as the term of the data processing contract concluded with them is valid and in force, or until they are required to keep your data under the applicable data retention laws.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a service on and subject to the following Term & Conditions. All orders are subject to confirmation of the order price.
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be informative and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contact between us for the purchase of the services will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card or have sent you the invoice.
In order contract with us you need to be over 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Society European Coach Federation retained the right to to refuse any request made by you.


REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

Society European Coach Federation reserves right to withdraw or edit any service at any time from this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. Please note we can not accept an order if we can not receive authorization of your payment.

REFUNDS

Society European Coach Federation is voluntary association of persons established to achieve a non-profit purpose set out in the statutes.
To become a member of Society European Coach Federation member pays a membership fee.

Society European Coach Federation producing a high quality services that the customers are happy with. However, if there is a situation that Society European Coach Federation is not able to provide services according to membership level, member can write a clime to the board of federation for refunding of membership fee.
To do so, please write us at info@eurocoach.eu and include following detail: name, surname, date of birth, date of membership fee payment, membership fee amount, you want to refund.
However, each case need to be discussed individually.
